Our Name

Shinsei is about change. It is a Japanese word signifying rebirth, starting over, renewing ones self. Who and what we are is a function of our genetics, our past experiences and the way we approach life. With the tools our workshops and programs provide, and the support of our facilitators and other peer practitioners, you can change the things you want to change for a healthier, happier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Our Logo

The “S” represents a balance of where we are in our lives. The top of the S is where we are today. It is balanced and supported by the bottom which represents the past experiences and decisions that have accumulated over our lifetime to bring us to where we are now.

The long, upward reaching tail of the S represents the positive aspects of change as we move our approach and outlook to living to higher, happier and more rewarding levels.

As you reach higher levels of satisfaction, the S grows and expands as represented by the larger background “S” in our page headings until, like it, you break through the barriers that have been holding you back and evolve to new levels of health, awareness and understanding.
